OSINTJet provides an intelligent OSINT engine, free OSINT tools, credit-based reports, phone intelligence workflows and VIP/manual OSINT request services. In this policy, “OSINTJet”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the OSINTJet service and website.

2. Information we may collect

Depending on how you use OSINTJet, we may collect or process the following categories of information:

• Account information, such as email address, login details, language preference and profile information.
• Investigation input submitted by you, such as phone numbers, emails, usernames, domains, company names, image clues, links, notes and case context.
• Report and investigation history, including generated reports, drafts, enrich-and-continue selections and VIP/manual request records.
• Payment and credit information, such as orders, credit transactions, payment status and transaction metadata. We do not ask you to send sensitive payment secrets through public chat.
• Support and contact information, such as messages sent through email, Telegram, WhatsApp, Instagram or support channels.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide, secure and improve OSINTJet services. This may include:

• Creating accounts, managing sessions and showing content in the selected language.
• Processing OSINT clues and generating structured intelligence reports.
• Saving investigation history, reports, VIP/manual requests, support messages and credit records.
• Detecting abuse, preventing fraud, enforcing usage limits and protecting the platform.
• Providing customer support, responding to requests and sending service-related notices.
• Improving website performance, user experience, security and reliability.
• Complying with legal, tax, accounting, security or dispute-resolution obligations where applicable.

4. OSINT data and user responsibility

OSINTJet may process information about third parties when you submit clues for an investigation. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of OSINTJet is lawful, responsible and based on a legitimate purpose.

5. Service providers and processors

We may use trusted technical service providers to operate OSINTJet, including hosting, database, authentication, payment processing, security, analytics, email delivery, storage, support tools and intelligence-processing infrastructure. These providers may process information only as needed to provide their services to OSINTJet.

We do not sell user conversations, investigation inputs or report contents to advertisers.

6. Cookies and analytics

OSINTJet may use cookies or similar technologies for login sessions, security, language selection, performance, analytics and fraud prevention. If advertising or remarketing tools are enabled in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, provide appropriate consent controls.

7. Payments and credits

Purchases, credits and payment confirmations may be processed through payment infrastructure connected to OSINTJet. We store order and credit records needed to deliver credits, prevent abuse, troubleshoot payments and maintain accounting records. Do not share private wallet keys, seed phrases or sensitive payment credentials with OSINTJet.

8. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain account history, preserve reports requested by you, protect the platform, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our terms. You may request deletion of eligible data by contacting us.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, loss or alteration. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to reduce risk through access controls, server-side processing, logging, abuse prevention and security-minded workflows.

10. Your rights

OSINTJet is not intended for children or for use by anyone under the age required by applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to OSINTJet, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

12. International use

OSINTJet may be accessed from different countries, and technical service providers may operate in different jurisdictions. By using the service, you understand that information may be processed where our service providers operate, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as OSINTJet grows, adds features, changes providers, introduces new tools or adjusts legal and security practices. The “Last updated” date will show when the page was most recently revised.
