1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using OSINTJet, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What OSINTJet provides

OSINTJet provides public-source intelligence workflows, free tools, structured intelligence reports, credit-based investigation features, phone intelligence workflows and VIP/manual OSINT request services.

OSINTJet is an investigation-support and decision-support tool. It does not provide legal advice, law-enforcement services, private investigation licensing, financial advice or guaranteed identity verification.

3. Responsible use

You agree to use OSINTJet only for lawful, ethical and responsible purposes, such as:

• Checking suspicious sellers, domains, companies, phone numbers, emails or usernames before trust or payment.
• Structuring public-source clues into a report for review and decision support.
• Investigating your own safety, fraud risk, brand exposure, company verification or due diligence needs.
• Preparing a case for VIP/manual OSINT review.

4. Prohibited use

You must not use OSINTJet for:

• Hacking, credential theft, unauthorized access, malware, phishing, social engineering or bypassing privacy controls.
• Harassment, stalking, doxxing, intimidation, extortion, threats or targeted abuse.
• Illegal surveillance, discrimination, unlawful profiling or decisions that violate applicable law.
• Submitting data you are not legally allowed to process or use.
• Making final accusations or high-impact decisions based only on weak, uncertain or unverified clues.
• Abusing credits, exploiting bugs, attacking the platform or attempting to reverse engineer restricted systems.

5. User-submitted content and clues

You are responsible for the clues, notes, links, images, phone numbers, emails, usernames, domains, company names and other information you submit. You represent that you have a lawful and responsible basis for submitting and using that information.

6. Reports and accuracy

OSINTJet reports may include verified findings, likely matches, weak clues, conflicting signals and suggested next steps. Reports are generated from available inputs, public-source clues, technical analysis and internal workflows. Results may be incomplete, outdated, uncertain or incorrect.

You should not treat OSINTJet output as a legal verdict, proof of wrongdoing, guaranteed identity match or final compliance decision.

7. Credits, purchases and access

Some OSINTJet features require credits, paid access or manual approval. Credit prices, packages and feature costs may change over time. When a feature requires credits, the cost should be shown before the action is submitted where technically applicable.

If a paid report or lookup fails due to a technical or service-side failure, OSINTJet may avoid charging credits or may restore/refund credits where appropriate based on system records.

8. VIP/manual OSINT requests

VIP/manual OSINT requests may be submitted for initial review. Submission of a request does not guarantee acceptance, delivery time, final findings or a fixed price. Where a paid manual investigation is appropriate, OSINTJet may provide a quote or next-step proposal before full manual work begins.

9. Free tools

Free OSINT tools are provided for preparation, education and public-source analysis. They may have limits, may change, may be disabled, and may not replace a full OSINTJet report or manual review.

10. Image and phone intelligence features

Image OSINT, phone intelligence and similar specialized features may have separate costs, availability limits or activation requirements. Image analysis may process visible image clues when submitted for that purpose. Metadata extraction, where available, may be handled separately through free tools.

11. Account security

You are responsible for keeping your account, email and login methods secure. Do not share account access, payment credentials, private wallet keys or sensitive secrets with anyone.

12. Service availability

OSINTJet may change, suspend, limit or discontinue features for maintenance, security, abuse prevention, legal reasons, provider changes, technical issues or business updates. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

13. Intellectual property

OSINTJet branding, page designs, workflows, interface elements, report structures, text and related materials are owned by OSINTJet or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, clone or misuse OSINTJet materials without permission.

14. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OSINTJet is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, reputational harm or decisions made based on incomplete, outdated, uncertain or misinterpreted information.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use as OSINTJet grows, adds features, changes pricing, improves safety practices or responds to legal and technical requirements. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
